A clean and modern space featuring a neutral palette and subtle textures perfectly describes our Kirkland project. The entire home received a facelift with new flooring, paint, doors, trim and windows. With most of the effort being put into a complete overhaul of the kitchen and primary bathroom, which not only required new finishes, but a completely new layout. The primary bath was the biggest challenge as it started out about half the size it is now. We were able to take over a hallway bathroom that wasn’t being utilized and create a large on-suite that features a walk in shower with built in niches.
